Today on Extreme Home Makeover, they helped a woman with Multiple Sclerosis by building her a more accomodating house. It was really neat being able to see them building the house in Blacksburg in December, and now being able to see it on television is even cooler. It reminds me of the New River Valley. It’s hard to live somewhere for 5 years and then move away, knowing that you may never go back there again.
But I digress. Multiple Sclerosis is more common than you’d think. One of my best friends suffers from MS, but you’d never know it. She’s just as crazy as.. no, even crazier than most people you’d ever meet. She’s got a great sense of humor and she’s spunky as hell.
